Today was so much fun! After school we headed to the store at Taradale to buy some ingredients for us to bake. We then walked to Jill's house for a looong time but had some good exercise too lol. Since Jill's parents owned a pizza business, her mom provided us with pizzas, poutine and chicken popcorn. We ate like pigs. lolol. We played some piano and sang, then we went on with baking our brownies.. while still eating at the same time haha. We played cards (signal, big two and speed) and later on went to the park with the foster kids. It was cold outside but we still went on. I took pictures of my friends while they were finding flat rocks to skip it on the lake. After a while we found a dead bird at the edge. Kristine suggested that we should pray for the dead bird. Did you? lol I can't remember. I took some more pictures and found that my hands were getting really cold! After a while we headed back to Jill's house. She made us hot chocolate with marshmallows on top. Our brownies were actually done and so we gathered around to grab a piece. It was a SUCCESS! It tasted good, but it was a little too sweet. After eating and finishing up our hot chocolates, we went to the basement to play Mario Kart Wii. It was funny how we chose sides and kept on screaming and shouting hoping one doesn't fall off the race LOLOL. We also played Rock Band and later on headed to Jill's room just to talk and stuff. It was the funniest time of the day actually, and we kept on laughing on the random things we talked about. I haven't laughed so hard in a while, it really was an epic fun day. SLUMBER PARTY NEXT TIME?! pfft ahahah.
After school my friends and I decided to go to Pho to eat. Their restaurant was actually renovated and so the place looks waaay better than before. HOWEVER, they have less things on the table. It's cleaner and all, but I liked how there were tissues, chopsticks, little spoons and stuff for us to grab before. Now we have to ask them if we could have more of what they didn't give us. >.< They also have a different type of candy available on the cashier counter.. coffee candy. It has an after taste though, hopefully they change that.

For art class, we were given four projects to do. One of those four is a vanity painting. We had to pick objects that represent vanity and so my friends got those objects and put them together in a composition for us to paint. I'm not good in painting, so I hope I can tackle this challenge and get it done before the deadline!
I was having fun just holding my baby brother BUT THEN he moved his fingers and scratched a little bit of my arm. It hurt. lol. And so I told my mom that his fingernails were in dire need of cutting. So she told me to cut it. And so I did. But while I was cutting his fingernails, he kept on moving and moving. And so it was hard to cut them off. But I eventually finished. Hoorah :D
The guitar and the wooden manikin are actually separate. Because the guitar was small enough for the wooden manikin... I thought it would be cool to combine them together. And now I think I'm going to be doing a series of these... LOL. It's just cool to see a world in a different perspective. Here's a world of a wooden manikin who got a new guitar. And now he's showing it off. Hahaa.
Arielle's dad is a VERY good cook. He's also good with catering special occasions. He actually catered the Silver Wedding that took place last Saturday. Many people noticed his talent and now he is getting calls from people who want him to cater special occasions. With patience, time, and God's blessings, he is now thinking of taking one step forward and make a family restaurant and catering business. Since I'm part of the family, I'm going to be helping them out too. It's going to be a long road until we have our own place for this family restaurant! Hopefully things work out! Oh yeah, in this picture, Arielle is wearing her Halloween costume. She's excited. lol
After school my friends from Father Lacombe met up with Jomar and I to hang out at his house. We planned to watch a scary movie and ended up watching Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning. But before that we couldn't choose what to watch. We watched trailers of other scary movies and spent a large amount of time searching lol. We were going to watch Orphan but came across TCM: The Beginning (full movie with parts) on Youtube. So we watched that on Jomar's big screen TV (there was a connector from the laptop to the TV). Yanna left earlier so it was just the three of us. It's a gory movie which kept us hiding under our blankets or hands (lols) and also made us shout and scream and shake. Whenever I watch something intense or scary with someone, I sometimes go beside one person or two and grab hold to them. And then there's times when that intense part comes in and I suddenly just release all the shouting and shaking to that person LOLS. Or share that shaking and shouting when we feel mutual of the situation in the movie! (Kristine LOLS) ANYWAY I was on the computer all day today after that. Lame. Then at night I watched another movie: Frozen. It was intense! I paid attention to the characters and what they were feeling and what I'd feel if it happened to me... and the thought made my stomach sick. Anyway, I thought it was a good movie because I felt that connection and feeling.. but I wished I didn't watch it at night. Now I'd have to go to bed feeling like this but I'm going to wake up feeling thankful that I'm safe. Watch it if you will. Goodnight!
A friend asked me if I wanted a bracelet made from her. I said, "SURE!" And now I'm wearing it. lol. I got to choose the colors and so I picked green, yellow and blue. I actually have this friendship bracelet kit that my mom bought years ago. I was supposed to start making one during the summer for this kid that saw the kit in my room. She asked me if I could make her a bracelet twice and so I noted it to a sticky note and posted it to the left where I could see it. But I kept delaying and finally forgot about it. Gaah. I'm such a bad role model. pfftt. Oh well, I'll make one before Christmas and then give it to her as a gift :D
Today Nathaniel turns six months old! Half a year... wow and then six more months until he turns one! Time sure runs fast. Like how Arielle is two already... and in a few more months she'll be three! She already knows a lot of words, and her attitude... well, it's developing. lols. Yeah, she has an attitude. I guess a lot of kids go through these phase sometime in their life. Nathaniel on the other hand is a very still child. Most times he has a worried facial expression.. and it's obvious since some of my friends would bring it up. I guess you can tell too.. from previous posts? Anyways I love Nathaniel bunches and I'd take him in when he turns 12 or something... since my mom said that by that time, her and my dad would be traveling places. lols. I'd still take him in! Happy six months old to my brothurr!
After getting off the bus, I walked down the sidewalk towards my house. Then I looked up and randomly saw this crab apple! I saw only one though. It was so red.. and it looked really good to eat. I was tempted to grab it and eat it. Then I thought... someone might be looking out the window and see me stealing their fruit. lol. I wasn't going to do it anyways. I've been tempted a lot of times.. seriously. Whenever I would go out and see our next door neighbor's crab apple tree, I would see a bunch of crab apples and I'd feel tempted to grab one and bring it in my house. Then I'd think of other things to get that temptation out of my mind haha. I thought there was only one crab apple, but after I grabbed my camera to take a picture from the door, I saw another one just underneath. There were leaves in front of it.. no wonder I didn't see it in the first place.
I never planned on taking a physics class, but since I heard that there was one teacher who was good at teaching this tough subject, I took a leap of faith and put Physics 20 on my senior year schedule. I tell you, I'm a little scared. But I will do my very best to tackle this subject. Even though I might not need it for the road I'm taking, I thought it would be good JUST IN CASE I become interested in a field where a little bit of physics is needed after high school. pffftt. Yeah, just in case. I'm actually glad I did so, since I got the good teacher!!! All I gotta do now is put my best effort into this hard, tough, challenging subject and pray I won't fail it.
