Looovee these!
Still needs a lot of work!
Awwweeee yeeeauuuuh! Card games and disney movies! I actually lost to a certain level in a card game so I had to cook as a consequence. It wasn't too bad actually, I liked it. We were going to watch a movie at the theatres but decided to stay and hang out inside the house. Staying indoors are where the cool kids are! Haha Also, we watched this Retro Teletoon special and after so many years I've finally got to see Little Lu Lu again! The memories I had as a child coming from this show felt nice. I felt like a little kid again for a moment!
Myself, Lanie, Kristine and Zanecha decided to sleepover at Lanie's house. It was the first time I've ever stayed up 'till 6 in the morning! Everything felt weird. They agreed to do an all-nighter while I was debating whether to sleep or not. I decided to stay awake with them playing card games, building house of cards and stuff. Then they bailed out on me around 6AM in the morning the next day! So I fell asleep too haha. We also made sushi today and watched Beauty and the Beast, Mulan I and II. It was awesome :)
Most important babies in maah world!
My mom's friend got us a ticket to a fashion show catwalk. I felt intimidated, there were so many people with good style of clothing! And me? Pshh, let's just say it wasn't fashionable. Haha. After that we went to Michaels and then to a different store where I bought a PUZZLEE!! I wanted one after playing puzzles during social class a couple days ago. I tried to connect as much as I could after dinner and then my brother joined in. Unfortunately it got late, so we'll have to finish the puzzle some other time!
I had a lot of fun tonight! It was ironic how I was able to hit so many people, I haven't played this game in such a long time! And I usually miss my targets! Haha, it's always fun to be around you ymca cool kids! My team got 4th place, pshh.. but that's okay! Under that sticker is actually a first place prize! Haha, we are numbeer one no matta whaaat. :P
During social I was able to help connect the huge puzzle that was on a side desk in the class. I was done my activity homework so I used my class time with two other people trying to get it done before the bell rang. We didn't finish though. Oh wells!
This was funny haha.
Not gonna lie, I had a crush on one guy. He looked unique haha.
Because I couldn't find anything interesting to take a photo of.
Totally missed YMCA photoshoot and video for this. Oh wells.
One of my favorite muffins! lol all gone.
Today was fun! Especially during lunch when everyone started singing along with Louie and Isaac. You guys woo the gurls haha. And the part where we played bear, hunter and ninja! I was like... the second last person left but lost the game to the girl.
Anyways, I loved the skit they presented to us. It was emotional in many ways. Especially during when we all just sat at random seats inside the church. And with the music on, it got my tears and nose running. Overall I don't regret going. It was worth missing chemistry and social wooO!
Great job guys! This was another successful event!
MMmmmMMMMMmm Phooooo!
If only there was Hawaiian... but it was alright. Though some of the pizzas' crust were burnt!
Start of the week.
He got so many presents! He even got two presents that he already got! lol
So today is Nathaniel's Birthday Party. You wouldn't believe how many people came. SO MUCH! It was so crowded! So I decided to stay in my room. That was unfortunate because I had so many kids in my room. There was no place to hide. -__- lol I love kids but when it comes to party time? They seem to think my room is the play place of the house. Next time? I'm gonna put a Do Not Enter sign. Or at least tie a rope from my french doorknob to my bed, that way no one can enter as they please!
Work in Progress!
I'm so glad I got a new phone, my blackberry curve! With the plan I got, I am able to access Facebook and Twitter along with others. These two are the main ones I go unto. And because I've finally decided to use my Twitter again, I was able to get a hold of the latest news. After watching Sanctum with my friends (around 3AM in the morning), I went on Twitter and saw tweets about Japan. It was such horrible news. It was a little hard to have fun because of what was happening. Truthfully I wasn't sure how bad it was, but with the increase tweeting about the 8.9 magnitude earthquake, I started to tell my friends about it. We even took a break to watch the news around noon. I think w/o my bb, I would've gone home not knowing what the heck was happening out there. It happened so fast. And they aren't just going to face the earthquake, they are going to be facing a tsunami and the aftershock.
Please put some thoughts and prayers for the people in Japan.
A sculpture made by a student(s) from my school! Also, I'm sleeping over today at a friend's house! GONNA BE FUN! :)
OH, we won our social debate! WOOO pizza party next week!
I was trying to sort out my group's social debate. We got confused because one of our points clashed with the other point. I got REALLY confused. My head hurt. So I gave up putting too much effort on it lol. Whatever.
Happy first birthday little brother!
Studying for Calculuuus!
Finding a new car seat for Nathaniel.
Need to go over other areas later.
Watched HP7 at moviedome with my friends. Honestly? It was sort of disappointing. I waited for something good to happen or some intense scene at least. Maybe that will be on the second part? Probably.
Today we went to the Drop In center in downtown. This was my third time volunteering there. Hero Project sang songs and it was a really nice experience to sing to the people there. If I haven't mentioned already, the Drop In center is where people go when they don't have a place to stay. Those who have problems with themselves and with their lives (drug addicts, alcoholics etc..) are allowed to stay (there are exceptions with their conditions) as long as they don't violate their rules.
I became upset with myself today because during lunch, I felt grossed out. I didn't have the appetite to eat and I didn't want to use the utensils. I only enjoyed the pudding they provided. Why? A thought came to my head that those utensils were used by the people there. And all these thoughts about whether or not they wash the utensils good came to mind. Then I lost my appetite. I mentioned this to my friends and one told me how "closed minded" I was. PSSH WHAAT? I knew just how stupid I was acting towards the food and I knew I should feel blessed, but no offense, when you see people whose faces and whole body are covered with dirt, there's just something about the human nature that makes them feel grossed out. I bet you felt the same. I was upset that I thought that way but I bet I wasn't the only one who had that in mind.
This doesn't mean I hated being there. Don't get me wrong, it was a good experience to have because it reminded all of us just how lucky we all are. I'm grateful that they have the Drop In Center. Being there was a little hard, because I know someone who went there one night. And seeing the sights again and thinking about the thoughts and emotions that person had that night? I was nearing into tears as I sang. It's not a pleasant feeling to see so many people having no place to stay. I didn't come to judge, it was just a thought turned into a feeling I couldn't control.
I haven't seen this type of bus with this back door in the longest time! OH GOSH I MISS THIS DOOR! I hate the other bus back doors which are opened by touching the surface of the side of the door. It sucks because they don't open right away. You have to touch it several times delaying the time the buss should arrive on other stops. I hate those doors. I love this one. GOSH I hope they stop making touched doors, so stupid.
Still needs a lot of work. OF COURSE.
